Baroque by candlelight. "Bach and BACH"
In the new concert season the Great Concert Hall named after Salikh Saydashev continues to introduce the listeners to the music of the Baroque era in the subscription program “Baroque by Candlelight”. Each concert will feature music by the great Johann Sebastian Bach and his contemporaries from different countries.
The first concert of the subscription will tell about Bach and Italy - the music of the great Italians Antonio Vivaldi and Domenico Scarlatti will be performed.
The second concert is dedicated to Bach and France. The music of French harpsichordists François Couperin, Jean-Baptiste Lulia and others will be performed.
The third concert is titled mysteriously - Bach and BACH. This surname is akin to the universe - so great is their creative legacy.
